Description: For rent June – October, located in the Lake Kathlyn area just outside Smithers.
We are renting the top floor of our home and will be keeping the basement as our own suite. I will stay a few nights per month as I path through for work. From a COVID perspective we consider the top and bottom floors as independent to eliminate any shared space and hope others will be comfortable with that set up. That said, its all yours the vast majority of the time.
The top floor of the house is the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and an office. The basement has a small shop, laundry room and the bedroom I will use on occasion. Fully furnished, wood heat, utilities not included.
Pet friendly. Optional chickens… free eggs!
